• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged at the full session rate.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Sessions that begin late due to late arrival may not be extended, and the full session fee will apply.

Travel Fee for Off-Site Sessions: For sessions conducted at your location, a travel fee will be applied to cover travel time and costs. This fee is calculated at 88 cents per kilometre from Rockingham CBD to your specified location and will be included in your session invoice.
