• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged at the full session rate.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Sessions that begin late due to late arrival may not be extended, and the full session fee will apply.

Travel Fee for Out-Of-Area Sessions: For sessions conducted at your choice of location, a travel fee will be applied to cover travel time and costs. This fee is calculated at 66 cents per kilometre from Rockingham CBD + 20 kms to your specified location and will be included in your session invoice.
